NOTICE OF PREPARATION The GBA is currently preparing a Programmatic Environmental Impact Report (EIR) pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the Eastern San Joaquin Integrated Conjunctive Use Program.  As required by CEQA, a Notice of Preparation has been prepared.  Click here to view the Notice of Preparation. 

In addition, two scoping meetings have been scheduled to seek public and agency input on the alternatives, issues, and concerns to be addressed in the Program EIR. 

Written Comments. In addition to the opportunity to provide input during the scoping meetings, written comments on the scope, content, alternatives, and environmental issues to be addressed in the Program EIR are also encouraged. Due to the time limits mandated by state law, your written comments need to be received by November 16, 2007. Please send your written comments to:
