Welcome to the Northeastern San Joaquin County Groundwater Banking Authority (GBA) website. Formed in 2001, the GBA works to collectively develop locally supported groundwater projects to strengthen water supply reliability in Eastern San Joaquin County.

 

On July 25, 2007, the Northeastern San Joaquin Groundwater Banking Authority, by unanimous vote, formally adopted the Eastern San Joaquin Integrated Regional Water Management Plan.
